Our client sought to develop a unified strategy that would drive scalability, elevate student outcomes, and increase operational efficiency across its U.S.-based academic portfolio. The challenge: its two institutions serve varying student profiles and operate with different faculty models and systems. Our work needed to bridge those differences, uncover shared opportunities, and create a roadmap that could flex across both institutions, from enrollment through graduation.
Over two back-to-back 12-week engagements, we partnered with our client’s cross-institutional teams and executive leadership. We worked in participatory sprints to uncover and prioritize pain points for both students and faculty across both universities. This resulted in co-created solutions that were desirable to both students, staff, and faculty, and supported our client’s enterprise strategy.
Our team used best-in-class experiences and innovations from higher ed, fintech, and beyond to spark fresh thinking and uncover new possibilities with our client. We also co-created a compelling future-state vision that inspired meaningful change, strengthened their competitive positioning, and aligned cross-functional teams, enabling them to move forward with clarity and a shared purpose.
