Our hiring process helps you determine if Rêve aligns with your experience, aspirations, and values.

Our first meeting

Our team will reach out to set up an in-person or virtual interview. This session is for you to learn more about the role, our business, and our culture and for us to understand your experience, interest, and values.

Your case study

We will share a business challenge and give you a few days to prepare how you would address it. We will set up a time with our interview team to showcase your creativity and ability to solve problems.

The final round

Finally, we will schedule an extended session on-site or virtually so you can experience how we work. This session is designed for each candidate and may include shadowing a team or participating in a design activity.
