Turning the good work of consulting into good work for the communities around us.
Considered to be the gold standard for women-owned business certifications.
The academy has launched 10,000+ students on the path to entrepreneurship since 2010.
When we started the business, we had the opportunity to think deeply about what Rêve was going to stand for over time. We were clear that we wanted to be a values-driven company. That means we have a clear sense of what behaviors make our culture unique.
Living out our vision of “turning the great work of consulting into the good work of changing lives” called us to think more broadly about our business model. From the beginning, we have been clear that our purpose is not only to excel in our business endeavors but to be social changemakers.
Since 2010, we’ve helped our sister organization and non-profit, Rêve Academy, launch more than 10,000 students on a life-changing digital and entrepreneurial leadership path. The Academy is committed to advancing equity in student achievement and pathways to future employment. Our entire team is dedicated to the Academy’s mission. Each team member receives paid time off to mentor the Rêve Academy interns and company-matched contributions to any donation to the Academy.
To promote a place of belonging, we baseline our cultural competence through the Intercultural Development Inventory®. To improve, we set annual goals, work with experts, and established our Belonging Team to increase our growth as individuals and an organization. We are also enhancing the diversity of our recruiting partnerships and practices.
We are in the final stages of our B Corp certification. We are passionate about joining the global B Corp community striving to redefine what it means to be a successful business as a force for good. We are committed to playing a leading role in positively impacting and transforming our local economy into a more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable system. Here’s what we are doing to change the world:
When we make decisions at Rêve, we consider all stakeholders. We have changed our bylaws to commit that our financial objectives are accompanied by a commitment to have a positive moral, social, and environmental impact.
Our employee experience is designed with empathy to support and grow our team. Every team member is eligible for an end-of-year bonus, pension, profit-sharing, health benefits, and paid time off. Our essential people practices – pay, leave, promotion – are equitable across genders. Team members have a voice in our strategic direction and are brought into strategy sessions to help shape clear and achievable goals. We have a formal performance feedback and accountability system that includes annual, monthly, and peer reviews.
Our client teams understand our goals and what actions are needed to achieve them. We actively measure and share our customer satisfaction and loyalty results with our team to highlight work well done and grow from each project. Our Client Advisory Board meets quarterly and gives us valuable input into our strategic direction and services.
Giving back to our community is a pillar of Rêve’s vision. We empower our team to make a difference by offering a generous volunteer time off policy with 100% employee participation. As a Women-Owned Enterprise, we are committed to spending our supplier dollars with local businesses owned by underrepresented communities. We also are dedicated to financially and physically supporting our sister organization and non-profit, Rêve Academy.
Being involved in the global community dedicated to taking care of our planet is a responsibility and honor we take seriously. We have recycling and composting programs at our office, electric vehicle charging stations, and utilize green supplies and products at our office. We offer an employee benefit program that rewards those who choose to implement renewable energy in their home. And we are continuously measuring our carbon footprint for offset to give back to our planet.
