Mary is passionate about the success of our clients and their businesses. As a seasoned leader in brand strategy and experience design, she is known for bringing focus and clarity to the ambiguity of creating the “new” and harnesses a keep ability to align stakeholders and create champions of strategic vision.
Believing we’re smarter together, Mary rallies teams to dream and co-create innovative, human-centered experiences. She is a keen listener who mixes strategic and creative thinking, and she carves clear paths forward to deliver solutions with maximum impact.
Before joining Rêve, Mary was an Account Director at Latitude, a brand experience agency, and design firm. She also held account leadership roles for agencies focused on broadcast, retail, activations, and events. Mary’s clients have spanned B2B, B2C, retail, and non-profit sectors. They include top brands such as Nike, Target, Ring, CamelBak, and bareMinerals.
Mary earned a bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications and Psychology from the University of Minnesota’s Journalism School of Mass Communications. She is fueled by collaborating with our Rêve Academy interns each summer as a Digiteer, and is continuously thankful (and in awe!) to have a front row seat to their smarts, creativity, and confidence unfolding from Day 1 to Pitch Day.
Mary loves traveling anywhere and everywhere with her husband and two sons, learning about new places and cultures, exploring the outdoors, and hosting friends and family over a good meal and a glass of wine.
