Kaci Norman-Pace

As a Strategy Manager at Rêve, Kaci helps clients bring their customer’s voices into socially impactful business solutions that create positive change.

Meet Kaci

Kaci’s customer-centered lens and big-picture strategic mindset help her to co-create solutions that solve challenges for multiple stakeholder groups. She uses research design and strategy skills to understand and empathize to challenge assumptions and bring customer-centered strategies to life.

 

Kaci’s true passion is gathering, interpreting, and telling the story of data to humanize challenges and ideate solutions in a participatory process. Kaci loves building client relationships and leveraging their strengths and passion to co-create meaningful experiences.

 

Before joining Rêve, Kaci worked in higher education administration and non-profit administration, where she honed communication, service creation, and project management skills. Additionally, Kaci holds both a Master of Divinity with a concentration in ethics and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Social Impact and Strategy + Innovation from Boston University. Her undergraduate degree is in Psychology and Theology from North Park University.

 

Outside of work, Kaci enjoys exploring the very local world of vegan food in Minneapolis, discovering new bike trails, hanging out with her dog, and traveling with her husband.
