Before joining Rêve, Kaci worked in higher education and non-profit administration, where she developed expertise in communication, service creation, and project management. These roles honed her ability to create impactful programs and engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
Kaci holds a Master of Divinity with a concentration in Ethics and an MBA with a concentration in Social Impact and Strategy & Innovation from Boston University. She also earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Theology from North Park University.
Kaci’s professional interests focus on behavioral design, change management, and participatory design methods. She is devoted to co-creating solutions that foster organizational growth and drive social impact.
