Inika is the strategic designer who brings clarity, empathy, and grounded insight to Rêve’s human-centered work. Her exceptional listening skills allow her to uncover what people truly need, turning complexity into service experiences that feel intuitive, trustworthy, and deeply human.

 

As Senior Service Designer at Rêve, Inika leads end-to-end service design initiatives across healthcare, fintech, and other high-stakes domains, leveraging research as a strategic tool to inform design decisions. From discovery through service ecosystem mapping and strategic opportunity definition, she guides clients in making bold ideas real, ensuring every decision is rooted in evidence, compassion, and measurable impact.

 

Inika’s ability to synthesize complex problem spaces into actionable strategies is her signature strength. She finds beauty in simplicity, distilling intricate challenges into clear pathways that help teams align, act, and innovate with confidence.

 

She holds a BFA in Industrial Design with a minor in Service Design from The Savannah College of Art and Design. Prior to Rêve, she honed her craft at 3M Healthcare and LPL Financial, bridging human needs with organizational goals to create strategies that are both visionary and implementable.

 

She’s passionate about designing in fields where experiences shape well-being and trust, with professional interests in ethical design practices and the application of behavioral insights.
