Meet Callie

Callie brings expertise in brand strategy, experience design, and go-to-market activation. As part of the strategy team, she is known for her business acumen, marketing mindset, and her ability to bring teams together to design human-centered experiences in both physical and digital platforms. She is passionate about the power of co-creation to help businesses adapt and overcome disruption in their industries.


Before joining Rêve, Callie was an Account Executive at Latitude, a design firm specializing in idea-driven transformation. In her role, she was responsible for growing account performance and profitability, as well as leading global campaigns for brands like Puma, Under Armour, and Trane. Her clients spanned B2B, retail, and non-profit sectors.


Callie earned a BBA in Marketing Management from the Akron College of Business Administration and was a Division I Volleyball player.


She is actively involved in supporting youth development. Callie is currently a mentor for VANTAGE, a local high school’s Advanced Professional Studies Program, and is a volunteer DECA judge. While at the University of Akron, Callie developed a coffee business as an alternative source of revenue generation to create a $90,000 scholarship for a Haitian to enter an undergrad program at UA.


Callie loves volleyball, painting, and Broadway shows. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, boating, and is always planning her next overseas adventure.
