Callie is the innovation-driven strategist behind Rêve’s brand and experience design projects, where she helps clients co-create customer-focused solutions and growth strategies.

 

As Strategy Manager at Rêve, Callie specializes in brand strategy, experience design, and go-to-market activation. She partners with industry leaders to design growth strategies and co-create human-centered solutions.

 

Before joining Rêve, Callie gained experience in research, marketing, and innovation-focused roles. She was an Account Executive at Latitude, managing client relationships with global lifestyle, retail, and B2B account partners like New Balance, Under Armour, and the Minnesota Lynx.

 

Callie has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with honors from the University of Akron. She is also a certified Prof G Strategist and has completed Co-Active Coaching Fundamentals training.

 

Her professional interests include facilitating creative workshops, mentoring emerging leaders, and designing strategies that drive meaningful impact. Callie finds joy in co-creating innovative, customer-focused, and transformative solutions.
