As Strategy Manager at Rêve, Callie meets our clients where they’re at, partnering to innovate and operationalize winning customer strategies and experiences.
Callie brings expertise in brand strategy, experience design, and go-to-market activation. As part of the strategy team, she has partnered with healthcare, financial service, retail, and education leaders to co-create winning growth strategies, re-imagine service offerings, and build net-new experiences rooted in the needs of the people they serve.
Callie is known for her business acumen, marketing mindset, and ability to bring teams together to stand up human-centered offerings in both physical and digital spaces. She feels most energized when having authentic conversations with customers, facilitating workshops with client partners, and inspiring creative confidence among her teams.
Callie is a certified Prof G Strategist and trained in the Co-Active Fundamentals of Coaching. Passionate about the travel/hospitality domain, she and her husband have owned and operated a vacation rental property in Northern MN since October 2022. They are hoping to expand their short-term rental portfolio soon.
During her time at Rêve, Callie has been actively involved in supporting youth development. She has taught human-centered design bootcamps at St. Thomas’s Dougherty Family College, coached Harvard’s Global Research and Consulting Group (GRC), mentored summer interns at Rêve Academy, and served as a mentor and judge for DECA, helping to prepare emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in business.
Outside of work, Callie enjoys exploring the world (she has visited 15+ countries), spending time with family and friends, staying active in the volleyball community, and improving her golf game.
