At Rêve, Carter contributes to a variety of projects in the health care, retail, and education industries including co-creating innovative consumer-centric strategies, implementation toolkits for employees, producing an award-winning brand experience for Target’s Simplicity Challenge, and crafting clear, engaging narratives for new business models.
Carter joined Rêve from Capella University where he cultivated his creative instincts, passion for employee culture, and design-thinking capabilities. His experiences have given Carter the opportunities to manage design teams, develop the engaging brand experiences, and deliver winning growth solutions.
Carter holds an MFA in Media Design from Full Sail University and a BS in Graphic Design from the University of Northwestern-St. Paul.
