She supports discovery research, facilitates co-creation, and designs concepts, prototypes, and service models that translate human insights into actionable solutions.
Before joining Rêve, Pranali worked as a UX Designer at Deloitte and Cognizant, where her strengths in research synthesis, systems thinking, and collaborative problem-solving helped her deliver meaningful, lasting impact.
She holds a Bachelor’s of Design in Product Design from UnitedWorld Institute of Design and a Masters of Service Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
Her professional interests include service innovation, experience design, behavioral insights, and exploring how emerging tools and trends can thoughtfully support better human-centered services.
