She brings rigor, creativity, and curiosity, applying a systems-thinking approach to uncover insights and co-create solutions with people at the core.
Prior to joining Rêve, Janhavi worked in UX and did research and strategy for higher education, where she translated user insights into actionable product and system-based improvements.
She has a Bachelor’s of Architecture from Sushant School of Art, and a Masters in Design Strategy from the Institute of Design. She has a gifted eye for detail and a strong knowledge of behavior design, and emerging research methods that guide her work.
She is passionate about behavioral design, innovation strategy, and organization design —exploring how people interact with and influence larger systems.
