Brad began his career at GE, advancing from Quality Analyst to Vice President of Product and Technology Sales. At Target, he led the Marketing Technology team and, as Marketing Director, shaped the strategy and design of the new Target.com experience.
He holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Technology from the University of Minnesota and a BA in International Business and German from the University of St. Thomas. Brad is also a graduate of the Humphrey Policy Fellows program and is Six Sigma Black Belt certified.
Brad is devoted to the mentoring young leaders through Rêve Academy, where he serves as Volunteer Executive Director. He is deeply committed to creating pathways to digital careers and fostering innovation in his community.
