Turning the great work of consulting into good work for the communities around us.
Considered to be the gold standard for women-owned business certifications.
Helping Rêve Academy launch 20,000+ Twin City students on entrepreneurial paths.
When we started the business, we had the opportunity to think deeply about what Rêve would stand for over time. We were clear that we wanted to be a values-driven company. That means we have a clear sense of what behaviors make our culture unique.
Living out our vision of “turning the great work of consulting into the good work of changing lives” called us to think more broadly about our business model. From the beginning, we have been clear that our purpose is not only to excel in our business endeavors but to be social changemakers.
To promote a place of belonging, our North Star is to be the best place to work. In practice, we baseline our cultural competence through a cultural assessment and our annual employee survey. Together, we set annual goals, work with experts, and collaborate with our Belonging Team to increase our growth as individuals and as an organization.
We have achieved B Corp™ re-Certification. We are passionate about being part of the global B Corp™ community, striving to redefine what it means to be a successful business as a force for good. We are committed to playing an important role in transforming our local economy into a more inclusive and sustainable system. Here’s what we are doing to change the world.
When we make decisions at Rêve, we consider all stakeholders. We have updated our corporate bylaws to ensure that our financial objectives are aligned with a commitment to create a positive moral, social, and environmental impact.
Our client teams understand our goals and what actions are needed to achieve them. We actively measure and share our customer satisfaction and loyalty results with our team to highlight work well done and grow from each project.
Our employee experience is designed with empathy to support and grow our team. Every team member is eligible for an end-of-year bonus, pension, profit-sharing, health benefits, and paid time off. Our essential people practices – pay, leave, promotion – are equitable across genders. Team members have a voice in our strategic direction and are invited to strategy sessions to help shape clear, achievable goals. We have a formal performance feedback and accountability system that includes annual, monthly, and peer reviews.
Giving back to our community is a pillar of Rêve’s vision. We empower our team to make a difference by offering a generous volunteer time-off policy with 100% employee participation. As a Women-Owned Enterprise, we are committed to spending our supplier dollars with local businesses owned by underrepresented communities. We are also dedicated to supporting our sister organization, the non-profit Rêve Academy, financially and physically.
Being part of the global community dedicated to caring for our planet is a responsibility and honor we take seriously. We have recycling and composting programs at our office, electric vehicle charging stations, and we use green supplies and products. We offer an employee benefit program that rewards those who choose to implement renewable energy in their home. And we are continuously measuring our carbon footprint to offset and give back to our planet.
Since 2010, we’ve supported our sister non-profit, Rêve Academy, in empowering over 20,000 students toward digital and entrepreneurial leadership pathways. Rêve Consulting contributes at least 5% of annual revenue, including monetary and in-kind services, to advance Rêve Academy’s mission. Our team has been deeply committed over the years, receiving paid time off to mentor interns and company-matched donations to the Academy.
