Our Personalized Hiring Process

Your experience, aspirations, and values make you unique. We created our hiring experience to help you determine if a career at Rêve aligns with what makes you, you.

Our First
Meeting

First, you’ll hear from a member of our team to set up a virtual interview. Your goal is to learn about the role, business, and culture. Our goal is to understand your experience, interests, and values.

Your Case
Study

If we are aligned, you’ll get a few days to prepare an approach to a real business challenge. This is a time for you to showcase your creativity and problem-solving ability with our interview team.

The Final
Round

Lastly, you’ll spend an extended session on-site or virtually with team members you’d work with daily, so you can experience how we work and collaborate. This session is designed for each candidate and may include shadowing a team or participating in a design activity.
