As Sr. Brand Manager, Katie shapes our brand strategy by connecting deep insights and the power of storytelling.

A storyteller at heart, Katie was most recently the founder and Editor-in-Chief of one of Minnesota’s bestselling independent magazines, thirty two. Driven by a desire to have a voice in the big issues of our day, Katie has held strategy and innovation roles for some notable organizations. For the urban design firm Ecala, she helped ideate and market restorative, beyond-zero cities, including developing a blueprint for the most innovative district in Minneapolis. At EDF in France, she shaped strategic positioning for the first off-shore windpark development. Katie started her career at the United Nations, where she helped develop the Intergovernmental Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES).

At Rêve, Katie’s work focuses on driving the conversation around our insights, our work and our people. Rêve is at the vanguard of the nexus of strategy, design and technology, and we have a lot to share with the world—Katie helps channel our collective learnings into groundbreaking content and engaging events, and grow the Rêve brand through telling our story. On the client side, Katie deepens our marketing capabilities in the service design process, with a focus on co-creating implementation and go-to-market strategies.

Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences and a Master of Arts in Communications from Sciences Po, France.

With her knack for translating complex topics into compelling stories, Katie is passionate about the ability of storytelling to move people and organizations into action.
