Taylor Livalska

As Vice President of Client Services, Taylor works directly with our clients’ teams, co-creating innovative strategies, products and services.

Meet Taylor

Taylor joined Rêve in 2011, and has since played a significant role in developing and deepening our service design practice. At Rêve, Taylor leads the client services team in methodology development, engagement architecture, as well as service and strategy development.

 

Taylor is passionate about helping organizations understand the impact that technology has on their business and how to develop services that build greater engagement and deep relationships with their customers. Specifically, his role consists of architecting engagements, facilitating cross-functional strategy development, and managing client relationships and projects.

 

Taylor joined Rêve from Thrivent Financial where he honed his diverse strengths as a Social Entrepreneur Fellow. In this role he was responsible for testing and implementing social ventures through various pilot programs. He was soon promoted to Strategy Analyst and worked with an internal consultancy, bringing design thinking, lean start-up and other innovation practices to the greater organization.

 

Taylor holds a BA in Economics and Management Studies from Saint Olaf College. In addition to his work at Rêve, Taylor is a alumni of Global Shapers, an initiative of the World Economic Forum focused on creating local projects to improve the community.

 

His professional interests include catching up on the latest research in behavioral economics and design thinking, with a particular interest in the nexus of service design and behavioral psychology. Taylor is also the lead of Behavior.MN, which is one of the nation’s largest behavior design communities.
