As a Service Designer, Jenny engages with clients to identify their unique challenges and develops an agile design approach tailored to deliver solutions.
Jenny is an advocate for using design thinking to address business challenges, emphasizing developing human-centered solutions. She values collaboration with clients, the community, and her team to establish and achieve goals.
Her professional success is defined by her adaptability and her agile management of teams on a wide array of innovative clients. Her ability to keep a group focused on the clients’ needs instead of a perceived solution makes her a great asset to our service design team.
Before joining Rêve, Jenny was the Business Development Manager for SHoP Architects, a world-renowned design firm located in New York. As the firm’s point of contact for new business opportunities, she managed the process—from conceptualization to execution—for project pursuits, which included facilitating workshops to synthesize the client’s needs into a cohesive vision and narrative and directing the intense production of proposal documents and presentations.
Jenny recently received a Master of Design Management from the Pratt Institute; a program focused on integrating design thinking and business strategy to prepare individuals for leadership roles in innovation and change management. Before that, she received a Bachelor of Architecture and a minor in Management from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, cooking, building things, and cheering on Minnesota sports teams.
