The proliferation of technology has created new channels and complexity for organizations to create and manage content. Rêve was engaged to help tell the story around creative content to ensure that Target continues to delight guests with meaningful and relevant content.

Rêve partnered with Target to create a presentation defining creative content, and more specifically ways to leverage content across channels to delight guests throughout the various touchpoints in the guest experience.

As a result of this engagement, Target gained a strategic communication framework to socialize the creative content story to stakeholders inside the organization.
