Nick’s empathetic nature and strong communication skills allow him to create rapport with clients quickly. This ability will enable him to facilitate and build capabilities with client groups to support their strategic goals.
Before Rêve, Nick led non-profits in the Twin Cities and learned the power of creative problem solving on a budget. He also built and sold a real estate business in his spare time, where he gained firsthand experience creating a profitable business from scratch.
Nick later found his calling to design new products that enhance user experience while deploying ERPs at MN Fortune 500 companies. While integrating these new operational methods, he was able to see an experience as a whole which allowed him to optimize a business’s capabilities using new processes and strategies.
