As part of the service design team, Ngoc leverages her strengths in user experience, process innovation, and operations management to design and build viable solutions for our clients. Before joining the Rêve team, Ngoc completed an immersive program at Prime Digital Academy for User Experience Design to understand how to apply research methods and design principles to make positive impacts for people. This program allowed Ngoc to strengthen her adaptability and empathy to translate data into a design to help others succeed. She worked with several local non-profits to create solutions to enhance the experience for users and to increase efficiency in services and products.
Ngoc began a career with Best Buy in site operations. Her skills in relationship building and communication led her to manage real estate taxes and auditing repair operations for 500 Best Buy stores.
Ngoc received her BA in Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2015 where she focused on her passion for understanding human behavior.
Ngoc believes passion, dedication, and hard work are ingredients to success. She is involved in UXPA and supports local hack days. Ngoc enjoys spending time with friends and family. She loves to mentor others and provide support.
