At Rêve, Matt combines our service design methodology with his experience in strategy and operations to help clients bridge the gap between concept and implementation. He recognizes the challenge of bringing ideas to life and leverages his cross-functional background to integrate new ideas with existing strategy, allowing organizations to dream big and construct for reality.
Prior to joining Rêve, Matt worked with companies across multiple industries including manufacturing, retail, and healthcare. At UnitedHealthcare, he helped shape the customer experience strategy for a new healthcare technology and process ecosystem. At Target, he worked to align initiatives to company strategy and co-introduced human centered problem solving into the operations organization. Matt holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and is CXPA and LEAN/Six Sigma Certified.
Matt is passionate about the value of experiences both in his professional life and his personal life where he enjoys traveling, fitness, and food. When he is home in Minneapolis he can usually be found out hanging out with his gym community, running by the lakes or seeking out the best burgers and restaurant patios in the city.
