At Rêve, Kristin pulls from her background in visual and experiential design, as well as psychology and research methods to develop concepts, prototypes and services designed to delight consumers. She embraces design processes which are inclusive of various disciplines, tools and people, and enjoys digging in on thorny issues.
Before joining Rêve, Kristin practiced multidisciplinary design roles in the nonprofit and healthcare sectors. As a customer experience designer for Be The Match, the National Marrow Donor Program, she focused on improving the donor journey from registry awareness through membership, donation and advocacy. At CaringBridge, a digital product helping families share health status updates, she supported brand identity and user experience design.
Kristin holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Studio Art from Lawrence University. Her areas of emphasis included clinical studies and digital processes, with a research emphasis on art therapy.
