Before joining Rêve, Jess was Managing Director at a digital marketing services agency, where she led both the financial services and healthcare verticals. Jess built high-performing teams and managed business transformation efforts with a consistent client-first approach, integrated creative solutions, energy and enthusiasm that exceeded client expectations.
Jess is passionate about helping clients, their teams, and their businesses succeed. She loves growing authentic relationships and prides herself on connecting client partners to learn from each other. She excels at leveraging behavioral sciences and human-centered approaches to solve business opportunities.
Jess holds a dual masters in Psychology (MS, Psychology) and Management (MPA). Before starting her corporate career, she was a Presidential Management Fellow at the Department of Health and Human Services. She is a known thought leader and has co-presented with Fortune 500 leaders (such as MetLife and Liberty Mutual) on topics including Design Thinking, Customer Centricity, The Impact of Agile Research Approaches, Customer Journey Mapping, Innovation, Segmentation Activation, and Iterative Learning.
In her free time, Jess enjoys spending time with her husband, two boys, and extended family. She loves to travel, is an avid reader, and marathon runner.
