She believes the tools and practices of human-centered design enable people to develop their creative confidence and push the boundaries of what’s possible. As part of the strategy team, Hadley leverages her product development, UX, and process improvement skills, as well as her background in retail and healthcare. She is passionate about the power of co-creation and storytelling to engage teams in a new way that inspires them to think differently and create meaningful change.
Hadley joined Rêve from NovuHealth, a leading healthcare consumer engagement company, where she held multiple roles focused on process transformation and digital product development. In her first role at Novu, she transformed the new program implementation process, which scaled the business dramatically and increased client NPS scores. Most recently, Hadley led a team of front-end developers to design and build web features to improve access to care. Before Novu, Hadley worked at Target, where she led division-wide process improvement initiatives.
Hadley received her BA from St. Olaf College. As an economics major, she developed an interest in healthcare economics and behavioral economics.
Hadley enjoys spending time with friends who share her values of community and adventure. She is a certified yoga teacher, loves canoeing the Chain of Lakes and exploring the bike trails around the Twin Cities.
