As consumers increasingly interact with brands through new channels, Cherokee engaged Rêve to develop a plan for a multi-generational, omni-channel strategy that inspires key partners to carry and highlight a wider array of Cherokee products

Rêve conducted research on the positioning of over 60 competitors across multiple channels and helped Cherokee to understand the omni-channel user experiences considered best-in-class. Based on user research, Rêve outlined the Cherokee guest archetype and presented them with several high-level business case implications. Rêve also designed visual concepts for Cherokee and evaluated the technical feasibility of the proposed strategic options.

Cherokee’s work with Rêve resulted in an omni-channel strategy that better equips Cherokee and its key partners to engage customers across multiple channels and facilitate a more robust guest experience.
