Rêve was approached to help Target concept and design a new way of building out experiences that would accelerate the time to market.
The engagement was focused on building out the business case, crafting a framework to develop the concept and helping to bring an innovative approach to introducing highly innovative experiences to the marketplace.
The project also considered the space, process and methods by which new ideas were generated and prioritized for investment. It spawned a new organization, Rapid Accelerated Development, that aids in bring guest facing experiences that delight and differentiate.
Ultimately, the idea was launched and has helped Target to continue creating differentiated experiences and accelerated the pace in which they are able to introduce them.
