At Rêve, Ian operates at the intersection of business strategy and service design. He drives organizational growth through the design and development of new products, services, experiences, and business models. He works collaboratively with client teams to bring impactful solutions to life, and he helps manage the organizational change that accompanies breakthrough innovation.
Ian brings over fifteen years of innovation experience spanning industries and geographies. Before joining Rêve, Ian was the Senior Director of Consulting Services at Motiv Strategies, where he managed customer experience and innovation projects for Fortune 500, non-profit, and government clients. Ian previously worked at Sagentia, an innovation and product development consultancy, and the Advisory Board Company, a global healthcare research, technology, and consulting firm.
Ian received an MBA from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina focusing on medical technology innovation. He received a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Chemistry minor and medical humanities concentration from Davidson College.
In his free time, Ian can be found reading The Economist, fishing on a lake in northern Minnesota, or spending time with his wife and two young children. Ian is an active volunteer for Special Love, an organization that provides camp experiences and a community of support for children with cancer and their families.
